Beverly Hills / Birmingham Basketball
League
Former Class A Basketball Coach of the Year - Todd Henderson,
Steve Sack and Play 4 Fun Sports present this popular basketball
league which is focused on fundamentals, sportsmanship, teamwork,
equal playing time, and fun. Boys and girls will develop their
basketball skills through practices and weekly games. Coaches
can form their own teams of 9-10 players or players can join
individually and be placed on a team. When registering please
indicate the coach or player that your child would like to
be placed with. Volunteer Coaches are needed!
Divisions 2nd & 3rd Grade, 4th & 5th Grade
Early Registration Deadline: January 5th, 2009
Early Registration Fee: $155
$20 Late Fee applicable to all registrations
received after January 5th*

Beverly Hills / Birmingham K-1st Grade
Instructional Basketball League
This league will be focused on skill development and modified
game play. Instructors will spend the first 4 weeks on skills,
drills, and learning games. Weeks 5-8 will reinforce skills
and give players a chance to play in 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 practice
games. Parent volunteers will be needed to assist at skill
stations and in coaching in 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 practice games.
This league will meet on Sundays from 1-2 p.m.; there will
not be weekly practices. This program is designed to introduce
Kindergartners and 1st graders to the game of basketball.
We want players to have fun learning the game and to get experience
in modified game settings.
Early Registration Deadline: January 5th, 2009
